Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses a specific, light-touch technique to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid.

Technique: A trained therapist uses gentle, rhythmic, wave-like strokes and light pressure (not deep tissue) to stretch the skin and stimulate the lymph vessels.

Purpose: The movements are designed to push lymph fluid toward the lymph nodes (concentrated in areas like the neck, armpits, and groin) where waste is filtered out and returned to the circulatory system for elimination.

Feeling: The treatment is typically very soothing and relaxing, as it should not be painful.
